A dense modern downtown built as an FPV course: open-sided parking decks with light wells, an elevated metro and station, a stacked expressway crossing, a lid-park tunnel with cross passages, office towers with portals and sky lobbies joined by a skybridge, a steel frame under a tower crane and a concrete flood channel.
